Terms of Service
These terms govern the use of PlaySpot Coach — the CRM for padel coaches at coach.play-spot.app and the coach features inside the PlaySpot player app. By creating an account or booking a lesson through PlaySpot, you agree to them.
1. What the service is
PlaySpot Coach lets padel coaches publish their profile, services, prices and open slots, take bookings from players in the PlaySpot app, and track students, income and expenses. PlaySpot provides the software; the coaching itself is a relationship between the coach and the player.
2. Accounts
Coach accounts are invite-only during early access. You must provide accurate information, keep your sign-in credentials to yourself, and be at least 18. You are responsible for what happens under your account; tell us right away at support@play-spot.app if you think it has been compromised.
3. Bookings and cancellations
A booking is an agreement between the player and the coach. Coaches set their own prices, slot times and free-cancellation window, and the player sees all of this before booking. Coaches confirm or decline bookings in the CRM; both sides should honour confirmed lessons or cancel within the window shown.
4. Payments
PlaySpot is not a payment processor and takes no commission on lessons. Payment happens directly between player and coach — cash on court or a card/bank transfer, with an optional receipt upload the coach confirms in the CRM. Any payment dispute is between the coach and the player, though we will help with records we hold. The PlaySpot Coach subscription itself, where applicable, is billed as described on the pricing page.
5. Acceptable use
Don’t misuse the service: no false profiles or fake bookings, no scraping or reselling the service, no uploading content that is illegal or that you have no right to share, and no attempts to break or overload the platform. Coaches must only record student data they are entitled to hold and must respect their students’ privacy.
6. Content and intellectual property
The PlaySpot software, design and brand belong to PlaySpot. Content you add — your photo, service descriptions, records — stays yours; you give us a licence to host and display it as needed to run the service (for example, showing your profile to players in the app).
7. Availability and changes
The service is in active development and is provided “as is”. We aim for it to be reliable but do not promise uninterrupted availability, and features may change as the product evolves. We may update these terms; significant changes will be announced to coaches in advance, and continuing to use the service after that means you accept them.
8. Liability
To the extent the law allows, PlaySpot is not liable for indirect losses, for what happens on court, or for disputes between coaches and players. Our total liability for claims related to the service is limited to the amount you paid us for it in the twelve months before the claim.
9. Termination
You can stop using the service and ask us to close your account at any time. We can suspend or close accounts that break these terms, after a warning where that is reasonable. On closure, data is handled as described in the Privacy Policy.
10. Law and contact
These terms are governed by the law of Georgia, and disputes belong to the courts of Tbilisi unless mandatory law says otherwise. Questions about these terms: support@play-spot.app.
